Not sure why Unilocal calls this a «Farmers Co-​Op Assn.» unless that’s the old name. Their actual name is A.A. County Farm (Lawn & Garden Center). We wanted our nasty «grass» ripped up and replaced with sod. Cory came out to our house and actually took soil samples as he needed to know how to amend the soil first. I was impressed! He called back that afternoon with the report. The next week they started tearing out the old stuff and putting down the amendments. The sod installation was done carefully and professionally. We had received other estimates but this place was the most reasonable and the grass looks amazing!
