I dropped off several packages, one which was very large and heavy, and I immediately knew I had come to the right place. The Customer service was very good, efficient and caring.
It’s getting more expensive all the time to ship, but having the professionals pack and ship here gives me peace of mind.
One thing I didn’t like was packing anything in those popcorn foam nuggets. I refuse to use those things. They are always a mess for the recipient of the package. So unless you tell them how to pack it, they will use those things.
I have another batch of shipments to go before the holidays, so I’ll be back here.

This location has early opening hours and friendly staff. The staff are eager to assist you with getting your package (s) packed and shipped. There’s no excessive wait time. You’re in and out and that works great for a busy schedule. I come to this location versus another location which is closer to me because the service at that location is poor.

The best place for a great dinner in Richmond. Great atmosphere, outstanding food, good bar and home made desserts. Local owners always working make sure everything is just right. I go once a week.

This store really needs to focus on customer service. Certain staff members are OK, but the notary in particular seems to have an attitude problem (e.g. no «Hello» or other greeting when you enter the store, simply a «Put your package on the scale!» barked from the back of the store). She is so unpleasant that I now go to a different UPS store, even though it is further from my home.

I’ve shipped a few packages here over the past few months. The staff has been courteous and reasonably efficient, except for one gentleman whose spelling skills were not up to snuff and had to retype an address twice to get it right. When I was shipping a package to Canada one employee guided me through the valuation /insurance process to ensure that the recipient wouldn’t get stuck paying a duty on the other end. Pretty helpful.
