I reserved online and then called to confirm the order. Got a phone and an email confirmation. I needed to get to the airport early the next morning, and I gave myself an extra 30 minute buffer in case they were running late.
Not only did they not show up, but their phone had an auto-​off-​click after 4 rings. I ended up having to park at the airport for a 14 day trip. This is not a reputable business. It must be one guy and a cell phone. Lame. I would stick with a bigger company if you need service that is reliable.
