On Time Towing

Quoted me $ 65 over the phone to tow my car 6 miles down broad street. I was given a bill for $ 65. This seems to be about the standard price for west end tow company’s who are on Unilocal.
Showed up on time and the employee was friendly and professional. Standard towing experience and will use them again when the time comes.

2 hours late from my appointment to pick up the car and it was way more $ than they had told me on the phone. Poor attitude and excuses from the workers, awful customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them.

Tonight after leaving a family gathering as I was taking some members of my family home I got a flat tire. I dont have a spare so was going to need a tow. My neice who was with me called your company to come to us on Three Chopt Road. We were told it was gonna be 65 dollars and he would be there in 15 minutes. He was there in less than 10 minutes. I was real impressed with how fast he got there and how very nice he was. It is always stressful to be stranded, and facing costly bills for the car, especially at night in the cold. Your driver really made the situation so much easier to deal with.
the last time I broke down I called a different company who charged me 30 dollars more to take me about the same distance and left me stranded at a closed repair shop in the middle of the night. a lone female. rather than drive me 2 miles to my home!
I would definitely use your company again and will store their number in my cell phone for referance. Thanks so much!
