I want to like this store because it’s easy to navigate and I prefer a small
Grocery store, but… this place is horrible. Rude sales people, zero customer service. No one smiles, everyone looks miserable. I continue to go back but only to grab a couple of things as they are convenient to me. I always go through the self checkout and get out quickly. Can’t stand the place but it’s easy in and out but I’ve learned not to go to self checkout with wine or beer because you’ll never find a human in sight to clear your ID. I go up the road to Kroger for that.

The flowers outside the store are dead, great first impression. I go in with the intention to buy sirloin steaks-​they didn’t have any. Worst meat selection I’ve ever seen, no butcher. Spent $ 30 for three steaks, ripoff. The whole store is completely disorganized and dirty. Was treated rudely by a cashier whose light was on and told me he was closed and to go to another cashier. I felt dirty when I left there. Will never go back again. It’s amazing how they can have a perfectly good store on broad street and this one is the armpit of America.

Martin’s seems unable to have decent promotions that don’t involve jumping through hoops to redeem. For example, the picture of the coupon I uploaded — «$ 5 off $ 15 purchase. With a $ 40 purchase.» What the heck?! Their prices are no better than anyone else’s. Even WIC is more of a hassle and ordeal than at ANY other grocery store. Heads up Martin’s — Aldi’s is coming to Richmond, so you need to up your game. You’re not worth my time to try to navigate your non-​user friendly promotions and noncompetitive prices.

Crossridge best location in Richmond, Virginia area. Great service, excellent pizza, chicken, bakery, produce and salad bar. Almost always busy at this location for a very good reason. Bank that I do most of my business with is very convenient.

Literally no customer service, everytime I go to the customer service desk no one is there and I end up waiting 5 – 10 minutes before someone shows up. Also no cashier at the café/​hot food area. The people that work there have this look on their face that they don’t want to be there and their body language says the same thing. This location definitely does not have the service that it should.
