I’m f I could do a negative star I would. This is the first review I have ever done that is a bad review. I won’t go into the whole story but I have given them a lot of business since they opened up and have paid a lot to them. That’s not the problem. I gave the guy David my phone to go ahead and work on it. I asked if he needed my name and he said «no» becuz he had my business card and knows me from coming in for business purposes. So I left my Iphone5s that had 64 gigs to get the frame/​screen fix. When I try Returned to pick it up they said I never gave it to him. I have been so patient and gave them texts that show I dropped it off and wanted them to look at the film that I had dropped it off. I also found out that his employee David was fired for things missing in a different cell phone company store. They did NOT ever make it right with me. I don’t lie and I am not ripping anyone off. They stole my phone which is expensive. They wait d too long to look at the film to see me handing the phone to him. Why do I take the loss? It’s their mistake! He should have given me a paper that they had my phone but when I asked him if I needed paper to show he is working on my phone he said «no we know who you are!» I know they do. I gave them a lot of business and referred them. Thai isn’t how you treat loyal customers. So buy beware go someplace else. What a horrible stressful situation for me and my family. We have argued over that phone and I couldn’t just go out and buy another one. And they stoled the phone. Horrible!!!

We will be using CPR for all of our cell phone servicing needs! Such a great experience getting my phone fixed today and I had no idea how much they have to offer. Wish I had known about them sooner as I could’ve spent a lot less money on the repair than getting a new phone from verizon when they’d break. Everyone working there was super helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I definitely felt like there was a focus on customer service.

Service was great, phone repaired on time, great value. Came in to fix the screen on our IPhone 5s fixed quickly and we were happy with the results

Called these guys this afternoon and asked whether they could repair my phone which the lower mic had become intermittent on. I arrived at their shop 20 minutes later with phone and left with it fully operational again after less than 40 minutes.
These guys were awesome, friendly and simply fantastic.
Well done chaps, feeling saved!

I left my original review below which I only gave a few stars. However, this is a case where I am compelled to adjust my rating as the owner and staff went out of there way to make up for their original part delivery miscommunication. I was even going to give this a 4 star review because of the initial issue but honestly their handling deserves a full 5 stars… people make mistakes… it is how they handle mistakes and their customers that makes the difference. When it comes to choosing a repair service trust is one of the most important things and I was mistaken in saying don’t trust this company. They made mistakes in their initial parts order timing (which could very well have been an issue with their supplier giving them incorrect information all along). But after my initial conversations on timing they went out of there way, especially the owner, to keep me informed and make sure I was completely happy with the repair. I can 100% say I am satisfied and will be coming back to CPR should I have any other unfortunate laptop/​cell phone repair needs. Thank you for showing what a company that stands behind what they do really means.

Went in a few weeks ago asking about getting my daughters MacBook Pro screen fixed. I was given a quote and told the screen would be there in about 3 days and they would install. They would call me when it arrived. 4 days later — called them. Response was the screen says it has been shipped and will arrive middle of the following week.
Middle of following week — called again. They said that the screen shows backordered from the warehouse they ordered it and it will be another week. I asked if they could get from a different warehouse … .they said the could but then they would have to ask for refund from the company they already ordered it from and that would tie up their money (…ummm… they already took my money for the screen when I ordered it… guess not concerned with my money tied up). They said they had tried to call me but had wrong number. I asked do they want my correct number and person said sure hold on. Then another person came on the phone saying my screen wasn’t in… I said I wasn’t on hold for more info I was just giving phone number. He said is your number… yes that is correct. So they had the correct number all along.
Don’t trust these people now with anything they tell me… still waiting. He mentioned giving me discount… will see. Meanwhile my daughter is back at school and asking me where her laptop is.
**Update to review — upon posting this on Unilocal the owner of the company messaged me and did apologize and said he would discuss with his staff on improving communication. I take back the not trusting this company. They made mistakes but at least it is nice to know ownership does care about its customers. Now we’ll see how everything goes when the screen does come in.

CPR were great. They were quick and courteous, and more importantly fixed the problem and at the cheapest price I could find in the Richmond area. They even took care of another problem I was just living with, but they were happy to help me out at no additional cost.

Having my screen shatter into pieces yesterday, automatically I went on Unilocal to find the cheapest cell phone repair company… CPR is definitely an amazing choice and Im glad I didn’t go some place else especially after my experience with them! Very satisfied with my new screen on my iPhone6.

Quick work and excellent customer service!
I submersed my iPhone 5 in water and thought I would have to buy a new one. CPR repaired same day and it’s like new! They saved me! Customer service was excellent and I’m telling all my friends about them.
