Zaxby’s

I would give this less than 3 stars, but I do like the taste of the chicken, and crinkle cut fries are my favorite kind of fries. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive thru on our way home from a function. The lady who took our order apparently had been laughing at something because when she came on the speaker, she was still laughing. We placed our order and proceeded to the window. When we got there, apparently the lady was still being humored because she laughed nearly the entire time we were there. Not one person acknowledged we were sitting there waiting on our food. Finally, a lady brought our food to the window, handed the food to me, and said «have a good night». If we had not been in a hurry, I was going to go inside, ask for a manager, and then pay my bill. But we needed to get home, so I spoke up and asked the lady if she would like for me to pay for my food. After we paid, we drove off. Oh, and the girl who was working the front counter sure was enjoying her gum. She was chewing the whole time we were there. I would say that the management of that store needs some retraining on how their employees should be acting. Thank you. That is all. For now.

Awesome chicken fingers, best tasting french fries I’ve ever tasted. Texas toast is incredible.

Favorite place to eat in Glasgow! Always been great and never had a problem after eating there about every week for almost a year.

I am so fed up with this restaurant. Every single time I have ever gone to Zaxbys drive-​thru they mess something up. I always (and I mean always) order the 5 piece chicken finger plate dipped in wimpy. No slaw extra fries. Zak sauce in the box instead of ranch. Seems pretty simple, right? Obviously not. I get ranch every time. I don’t ask for zak sauce for no reason at all here. I ask for it because that is what I want and that is what I’m paying for. I pay for this stuff I should at least get what I ask for. Tonight they messed up BIG time. I didn’t get napkins, a fork, got ranch, didn’t get the extra cup of wimpy sauce I paid for, they gave me slaw when I said I didn’t want it. I am BEYOND fed up with Zaxbys. And I will be sure to let everyone know. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY MUST NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Idiots run this place. Train your employees and more people would like your restaurant.

After a long day of hiking and touring the Mammoth Caves we decided to give Zaxby’s a try.
We really liked the look of the restaurant and felt like we were in more of a sit down restaurant instead of fast food.
I ordered the boneless wing meal for my daughter and the regular one for myself. We both requested the wimpy sauce as we did not know their heat levels. My husband ordered the regular wing meal and got the hot mustard sauce.
There was some confusion with the girl taking the order and she ended up giving our daughter the regular wings instead of the boneless. That was the only problem.
The wings were all cooked perfectly and the wimpy sauce ended up to being just that, but had good flavor.
If we are in the area again Zaxby’s will be on the list of places we eat.
