Great company to do business with! My first encounter was simply a piece of glass for a coffee table. Not complicated, but it fit perfectly. While I was in there, I asked if they could replace the glass in a broken basement window frame that’s firmly sealed into the foundation of the house. I’d been putting it off forever, thinking it would be expensive, a hassle, or both. If I had known it was this simple, my basement would’ve stayed a lot dryer last spring. I’d set the appointment up for«anytime after 1:00». The guy was there at 12:57 and was finished in about 30 minutes. Set me back a whole $ 94. They also do auto glass, which I hope I’ll never need. But if I do, these folks are who I’ll call.

My «new to me» car immediately had a cracked windshield. Based on their positive internet reviews and the referral by my dealer, I called Santa Fe Glass. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t overly chipper, but she was more than helpful in quoting me prices and recommending how to deal with insurance. This business truly shined when it came to my windshield appointment. They offer a come to you repair service, but unfortunately, it’s «scheduled» in blocks of time(i.e. 9 – 12, 1 – 4). My repair person called early to see if I was available. I was, but I was in an area with no parking so he wouldn’t have been able to fix the windshield. We tried to work it out, but it just wasn’t happening in that location. So we settled on delaying my appointment until 2. I lost track of time, and I didn’t make it to our agreed location until 2:30. I was so embarrassed and felt awful for wasting his time. I offered him a cash tip and cold drinks, but he refused them all. Not only did he do a great and fast job on my windshield, he didn’t treat me like the ass I was for being late. I was impressed with both his work and his customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work.
