I know some prices are a bit higher that home Depot or Lowe’s, but it is a small town store and they can’t compete with the big box store prices… I prefer Ace because the employees are very nice and they will help you with anything you need for your proyect, I’m very please with the Ace Hardware family, they take there time to help you and they don’t treat you like another warm body, you know that someone will ask you if you need any help minutes after you walk inside of the store, not like the big box stores you page someone and you need to wait and wait and then deal with someone with a attitude… I’m so glad Ace is located in Gladewater…

It’s a small hometown Ace Hardware store, not really much to say, the prices on some things are higher then I would like, but if you need help with something you are better off here then at Walmart. People in the store are friendly and helpful. You can find most anything you need here for normal work. Did I mention the great hometown feel to the store.
