Crystal is the Best! She’s been doing my hair for almost 4 years now! I come All The way from San Francisco Just to get my Hair done by her! And… I So Love the Owner Alex he makes me Laugh Soooooo Hard even when I’m feeling really shitty!

I made an appointment for a haircut with Natalie. She discussed what I was looking for and did a very nice cut. I was a new customer but will come back again. I would recommend this salon.

Love this hair salon! Been getting my hair done by Alex for 10+ years now and he does an amazing job, especially with my curly hair. Salon is kept very friendly and always an upbeat atmosphere.

If you get off on being insulted and made to wait 30 minutes when you booked your appointment three weeks ahead of time then this is the place for you! Watched staff drop combs on the floor and pick up and continue using them with the owners two dogs laying right next to where things are dropped. Crappy attitudes at this place — if you don’t want to cut hair then close your business!

First timer and I love my hair! It took me so long to have the guts to cut my hair because its so hard to find a great stylist. Natalie did a wonderful job! My hair was so long all the way to my hips. And I told her what i wanted which was layers and give me body to my hair. She did what i wanted and styled it. Thank you Natalie, i will be coming back for an ombré.

My first time there & I loved it!!! I showed «Natalie» a picture of what I wanted and she out did it. I have curly hair so I’m always scared to get a trim and get it colored but she did an amazing job! Thanks Natalie! Definitely gonna keep going to her.

Just got hair done by Larissa. I love it. The shop is so nice and clean. Coming to this salon is worth the hour drive!!! All of the employees make you feel at home. This is my go to salon!!! Thank you for the beautiful hair.

My 14 yr. old daughter and I used to come from Hollister to see Lucretia & were happy with her… We moved and skipped around with stylists & were never satisfied. I decided to try Strandz again even though Lucretia was gone. I tried to get in to see Alex but he was booked (because he is great & has a following) and he said that Natalie had an opening to get us both in. We are always super picky & she did a great job. She was spunky, a good listener and we both walked out with what we asked for & smiles on our faces. My daughter told me we found a good one~

Worst hair dresser experience I ever had. Natalie made my hair look awful. She put the wrong toner in my hair and asked the owner Alex what should she do. Then didnt even finish with me and had the receptionist dry my hair. She was very unprofessional and gave me a bunch of lines in my freakish ombré job she did. Went to Image and Design to fix her mess.

Best hair salon ever!!! They have great service and super nice employees. To me it wasn’t very expensive for the quality that you get.

Went in for a trim as a walk in and they were able to take me. so that was nice. The lady then shampooed my hair and gave me a trim. Went up to pay and it was $ 43 for it (yikes) never paid that amount for a trim. I liked the service then decided to schedule a future app. I accidentally missed it then later in the day I got a phone call by them. Lady was yelling claiming about my missed app and I was explaining the reason why but, she kept yelling about the missed app so then I got upset (felt like I was being harassed) and I specifically told her to have a nice day and hung up. Geez usually when you miss an app they call you to reschedule not to yell and interagate you. making you feel harassed. Worst costumer service

Great place to get your hair done!

Alex Serros is the Great Wizard of Hair. He works his magic with each and every customer that comes his way. He made my mother who is 75 years of age, look ageless with her new Kris Kardashian’s hair cut. It was amazing ! You wouldn’t believe the transformation that made my mother 20 years younger. Thank you Alex, for making us look fabulous at any age, all these years.

Went to Lisa for the first time today based on Nancy B.‘s review and left with the best cut I’ve had in years. She styled it even more beautifully then I would have expected and I look forward to future visits (especially since I live a short walk away).

Have been going to Lisa for several years. She is great and reasonably priced. She cuts your hair the way you ask her to cut it and she’s a pleasure to be around. Worth making the drive to Gilroy to go to Strandz.

I’ve been going to Strandz/​Lucretia for about a year now and I am very happy with the service and overall value.
Not only is it much more affordable than some over-​priced salons in the San Jose area, I am also always in-​and-​out quickly and she does a great job dealing with my hair, bringing it back to health and provides tips to keep that way.
As long as I work in Gilroy, I will keep going there. Love it.

I’ve been going to get my hair cut from Alex for 10+ yrs, he is wonderful. If my mon or sister or lucky they get in too. Very knowledgable, friendly, and someone I really enjoy talking too. Prices are more than reasonable.
I have really curly hair and he’s done a wonderful job of both cutting it but helping me with products that works best for my hair.
