I went to this store to use the in store or on line coupon 12 items for 12 dollars each. The salesman behind the register wasn’t sure how to make the offer work so he contacted Juan Gallo the «Manager» who was completely ignorant of his companies policy and said he didn’t know what to do and asked me to leave. I went to the Morgan Hill location and the process was simple the people there were fast and effecient. It seems the problem was low customer service and education in Gilroy. Avoid this location. The experience beyond paying for an item off the shelf with no questions asked is painful.
