Not just the worst Burger King, but the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Wrong orders on multiple occasions. Long wait times. Zero customer service. Poorly prepared food. This place fails on every measurable front.

I loved my experience here! The two staff that helped me were friendly. I believe his name is Rafael?(Says on the receipt) I should’ve asked for their names but I was in a rush to get back home after my long drive from marina, going back to San Jose. He was patience with me although I was being so indecisive of what to get. I believe the female staff that helped was the manager. She placed our food and did forget one item but I didn’t really care because I was eating there anyways. She accommodate us with an extra fries because she heard my daughter loves eating fries. Even though it wasn’t much, I appreciate the thoughts toward my kids. You guys were awesome! Great service!

I have spent less time in a doctor’s busy waiting room, on a weekend, after a soccer riot than being the only car in this Burger King drive-thru. The speed of service I get at this Burger King is slower than the In ‘N Out as couple streets down. A couple of the employees(and the manager) are friendly, quick and efficient. However the majority of the employees don’t seem to give a «fry» about customer service. Is customer service easy? No. Is it stressful? Yes! But for God’s sake, if you don’t like your job quit instead of DRIVINGMENUTS ! ! ! And about 7 times out of 10 my order is wrong.

I thought drive thru was suppose to be quick. No there was 3 cars in front of me and literally took over half an hour just to order. When I got to the intercom the man asked me to wait for another 10 minutes and then I don’t know forgot there was someone there because I had to say excuse me before he responded and took my order. Over all they weren’t busy for them to take this long.

Horrible place. I don’t know where they find their employees, It is hard to get any worse! Drove up to the drive thru where I was asked to wait a minute… After about 8 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on got no response… Fortunately there was nobody behind me and I backed away from the drive thru. These guys just don’t get the concept of fast food. Forget this place altogether. Not the first time… Management must be on crack or something…

Worst fast food place, not just the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Waited nearly 45 minutes for 2 whoppers, 1 Big King and 110 piece chicken nugget. Either the franchisee or the general manger who runs the place for him is obviously is a penny pinching greed hound who serially understaffs his restaurant to an extreme degree and doesn’t give half a crap about customer satisfaction or the impact that has on the perception of the Burger King brand locally.

After a terrible experience here on Mar 28, 2014, just a week ago, I decided to give them one more chance. I ordered two Fish Sandwiches, to go. Got down the road about 10 miles & decided to eat one. I had two Whopper Jr sandwiches, and NO fish sandwiches. It’s really NOT a good idea, in the restaurant business, to serve BEEF to someone who orders FISH on a FRIDAYDUINGLENT. You have to be pretty stupid or pretty inattentive to mess up a simple order like that. In addition, placing my order was difficult, because the man who took it(the manager?) spoke English so poorly that most words were difficult to understand. Yet this was an improvement over the last time I visited this Burger King, on Friday, 3÷28÷14. I couldn’t complete a survey that time, because I had no receipt — and that was because although I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes, with people working all around and that same fellow(the manager?) running all over the place, I couldn’t get anyone to take my order. I couldn’t even get anyone to say«hello» or even acknowledge my presence(see my previous Unilocal review). I really wish the management and staff at this Burger King knew what the hell they were doing, because I like your food. But it’s the only Burger King in Gilroy, CA, and I’ve been fooled twice. It won’t happen a third time.

This BKSUCKSASS. First off the location is in a real bad neighborhood filled with gangsters and bums. Yes, you will be approached for change. The service is by far the worst I have ever had. When I first walked up the lines are extremely long and the wait times are even longer. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Food wasn’t even good. I had a shitty whopper with bland taste, small fries and small diet coke. I strongly believe this so called fast food restaurants needs some serious time management. Employees have no pride and don’t really care how long you wait. After I was done with my meal I decided to go back for a hot fudge sundae. Big mistake, I ordered one sundae and two soft serves and it took 17MINUTES to finally get my stuff! The long lines and wait times are not because the foods great but because employees work with the attitude that you need me. The only good thing about this place was the soda machine, very impressive. But not impressive enough to go back to this place. I recommend firing management. By the way, I’ll post the sundae so you can judge for yourself how crappy the service is… and no I did not in any way shape or form alter the ice cream.

I agree with the other reviewer. This is the slowest BK I’ve ever driven thru. It was like the traffic jam getting to Gilroy only slower. The food was reasonably fresh but not piping hot, so it doesn’t seem like they were cooking it.

Man… to think if i had a choice between Mcdonalds and Burger king i would easily have chosen BK but after the experience i had here today… was worth my appetite. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and in return they g ave me sumthin so dry i had to ask for another and when that when came out it came out even dryier so i said you know what how about a whopper and in the end they ave me a junior and yet even thouh i paid full for a chiken sandwich … NEVer Again…

This Burger King sucks! They don’t seem to participate in the promotions going on. Their Whopper Jrs are $ 1.79 when the commercials are advertising them for $ 1.29 right now. You might as well go to In&Out down the street where you know their burgers are better. And, going into the drive thru can be dangerous since some people drive way too fast in this parking lot. Plus, the drive thru is weird because the cashier made me pull forward about 3 feet after paying, and then backing up to the window again so he can finish the transaction. Weird, and kind of dangerous as well because if you forget and leave your car in reverse, you can hit the car behind you when you try to go and leave.

Seriously, who reviews a fast food place? I mean, you can’t expect much. But just so everyone knows, the Burger King in Gilroy really screwed me today. We got no cream and sugar for the coffee. I didn’t get a straw with my soda, we paid for items that weren’t in the bag and the breakfast items we did get — the muffins were stale. Over-microwaved I suppose. Anyway, the girl at the window didn’t speak English. I understand it’s Spanish speaking people who work there, but they should at least have an English-speaking employee dealing with the customers. I mean, I said CREAMANDSUGAR and she nodded as if she understood but clearly she did not. When we got home and I took the lid off the soda, it was just carbonation and no flavoring. It was disgusting. That’s when I got really pissed. It takes a lot for me to get ticked off but this was ridiculous. NOTONETHINGRIGHT! If the health aspect isn’t enough to discourage you from fast food, the poor customer service will do the trick. Luckily, the manager did agree to give me money back. I’m going back in a few minutes, hopefully they don’t try to jip me out of it. Its Burger King, I know — but is taking an order and getting it right really that difficult? In this economy I know there are people out there who would love to have a job and are capable enough to be efficient and friendly. GRRR…
