My Mother-in-Laws air conditioner went out on the first three digit day of the year. After calling several Repair Companies with the same response «it will take a few days before we can get someone out to you» she called B&B Heating & Sheet Metal and they got someone out within half an hour. An hour later the problem was fixed. Her reaction alone was worth five stars!

The owner/service person was very unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. The owner/service person charged for a full service call even though he did absolutely nothing to repair the problem.
This «business» should do some repair work on the attitude, first and foremost. Then, they should start treating people with some respect and courtesy. –I’ll bet that their competition does.
