Staying here for a long weekend away. The place is in decent shape and in a good area. It is the end of the season so there doesn’t seem many people staying here. We didn’t really expect much out of the place and really only needed a warm room to sleep in. The reason I have given this a low rating is the lack of communication. We were told that the pool and hot tub were open until 9:00pm. The first night we were here we used them from around 8:30 until 9:00. The second night we went to go back around 6:00 and it was closed. We figured maybe because it was Sunday they closed early. Well our plans for Monday(today) were to go hiking all day, which we did, and go relax in the hot tub when we returned. We got back before 5:00 and they were already closed! I don’t care what time they close but don’t tell us your open until 9:00 every night if you aren’t. One of the reasons we stayed here was for the nice indoor pool and hot tub. We will not be staying here again and will make sure no one else we know does either. If you have read this till now. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Very close to Meadowbrook. Convenient for concert but paid $ 275 for a very basic room with uncomfortable bed and ants. Great location but our room was run down and not worth the price.

We just checked out after an amazing weekend! The two bedroom suite was incredible, the water views amazing. Tues kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were comfortable. The whirlpool was an unexpected blessing and my son and his friend loved the pool, hot tubs, and saunas. Their ski tickets Gunstock were really cheap and allowed them a full day of snowboarding. We’re currently looking into the possibility of buying a unit at some point, we’re that in love. And the guest relations person, Melissa, I believe, was AWESOME! She was friendly and helpful and so so nice. The trip wouldn’t have been the same without her… We’ll be back this summer!

I was very excited for our stay given that this place has an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Too bad all those things are so run down, it’s difficult to enjoy. The indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it, bleh. Jacuzzi was so hot, I couldn’t even keep my feet in it. The sauna was off when I got there, so I turned it on and went to swim. 20 minutes later the sauna was barely warm … ended up staying there for about 2 minutes and leaving. There is a separate sauna for men and women, so it is super inconvenient for couples on vacation. the room was ok. clean, didn’t smell and was decent … however, aside from all the extras, the two main reasons one stays at a hotel is to shower and to sleep. 1. shower was terrible. there was barely any pressure and the showerhead was so old, it was spraying water in all different directions. I have long hair and it look me forever to wash it. 2. the bed made so much noise! it was squeaking so badly(not sure whether it was the mattress and the box-spring or the bed frame), it was terrible. I would wake up every time my husband or I moved in our sleep! Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep at all. So, even if all other bells and whistles of this hotel were perfect, they still failed miserably in the two most important functions of the hotels. The price did seem too good to be true, because it was.

Won’t be back ! We stayed here last summer. The condo’s here are individually owned, so you get someone’s run down out of date place. The bed was a Murphy bed that pulled down from the wall, and quite uncomfortable. For the price, it was not worth it. We had planned to stay with friend in the same area, but when we got there, they moved us to a different place because of some one’s medical condition. Very disappointing!

We won’t be back anytime soon. Disappointing. Snowed while we were there and our minivan got plowed in, no big deal, we asked the front desk if they had a shovel available since we had trouble getting out of the parking space. It took them the whole day to find a shovel… isn’t this New Hampshire… ski country no shovel, really? The rooms were small, it was basically one big room with a curtain separating the living space from the bedroom. The staff was interesting the entire time I was there someone was trying to fix the rope in the swimming pool(we were there for 5 days!). My kids were standing by the whirlpool while I was in it and one of the woman that worked there told them they weren’t allowed to even be NEAR the whirlpool area, HUH? There is so much more, won’t bore you. Bottom line, it was made very clear to me why there was still vacancy here during school vacation week, when ever thing else was full.
