On the very first morning of vacation in the lakes region I break the one of nose pads of my expen$ive everyday glasses. After a few days of sunglasses only I consult the omnichron («the Google») and discover a big box and a local optician a short ride away. The signage on the building is a little poor but I found the Lakes Region Opticians and handed over my glasses over with a can you help me. The immediate response was a no problem, and the women working the counter gladly replaced both nose pads so they matched. When I inquired how much I owed her she replied no charge. High quality service, would absolutely return.
