This is my second time going to Mishock PT and each time I’ve had a great experience. The staff is friendly and fun. I’ve never had an issue with billing and the front staff seems to always be helpful and willing when I need to reschedule. The therapist listen to my concerns and tailor my therapy to my specific needs.
Hopefully I never have to go back, but if i do it will be here.

It was OK but I wouldn’t say I would go back… I don’t have much experience with PT but felt that a lot of time was wasted waiting for the trainers to get me going on the next machine or exercise. Don’t go when they are busy because you really wait a lot. My issue was not resolved since it turned out that I needed surgery — not really their fault. The location was convenient for me but I think I’ll try someplace else next time.

This place COULD be great if it had any clue how to run itself. The therapists pass you around to other therapists in a sort of Russian Roulette of physical therapy. One therapist spoke down to me like I was a two year old because the receptionist messed up okaying me to go back to the pool. Another was so obnoxious with me I just told them to get me someone who ACTUALLY cares. Well, that was great until I missed an appointment because I was suddenly hospitalized. Her apathetic phone message assumed I took it upon myself to discharge myself, and when I got out of the hospital and called to talk to the owner, they took a message and he never called me back. UNCONSCIONABLE! Customer Service is DEAD at Mischock, and to boot you will get Mis-​shticker-​shocked when they bill you for copays you already paid. I PAID AHEAD OF EACH WEEK BUT THEY ARE SO SCREWED UP IN BILLING THEY CANNOT HANDLE PREPAYS BECAUSE THE PAY DATE IS BEFORE THE PT DATE. HORRIBLY CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES… GO ELSEWHERE!
