Let me start by saying that the technicians were very professional and did a great job. The issue I have is that they set up times for the work to be done «after hours» without telling me that I would be charged a significantly higher rate. I understand charging more for late night, but I did not need them to come late and could have had them come another day if they were booked. I got the feeling they purposely did it at 5PM to charge me more without any warning of the price hike.
