I love this Water&Ice store so much. I love everything about it. The customer service, the candy, the water, the ice, and expecially all the employees who work there. I expecially like the older guy who works there, very funny and friendly. And I also love that black ford explorer that is parked outside usually, the kid is amazing and has dreams for it. And I also love how the guy wo sits outside with the cat. I can’t express how much I love this store!!!

Let me start by saying if ZERO stars was an option that is what they would get because as a business that is what they are. A BIG ZERO. I am a fairly new customer as I am new to the area. I have only been there three times. I have purchased multiple bottles and ONE was defective with a pin hole leak in the bottom. I showed this to the manager after second fill realizing the leak and I was rudely denied a refund or exchange. I explained the first time we thought the water was residual and placed it on it’s side (not leaking out the bottom) and it went directly on our dispenser not realizing the pin hole. They took ZERO responsibility for the damaged bottle they sold me, meanwhile I had on the receipt 2 additional bottles on this same visit. So let’s do the math. I spent over 50 dollars in the last month between bottles, ice cream, and water and the could not eat a measly $ 13 (retail) for a bottle to keep a frequent paying customer. GOOD JOB!!!

Lots of choices for candy and treats. Perfect spot to pick up candy for the move theatre! They even have candy cigarettes! It’s been forever since I had some of them. They have awesome ice cream selection. I love to stop here to get ice cream. The reason for the lack of stars is the customer service. I’ve been here a dozen of times and I always get a eye roll from the teenagers working there when I tell them I’m paying with a card. If it’s such a hassle perhaps they should post Cash Only. Minus one star. I have also ordered their version of the Dairy Queen blizzard twice and both times they made something totally different than what I ordered. Minus one star.

I have been going to water I since I moved here from Montana 5 years ago. I really like how clean it is, how it changes the filters frequently, and how good the water tastes. I recommend this location for quality water.

We’ve been coming here for quite a few years to fill up our water jugs. They have cards for 60 gals for $ 12 (that equates to $ 0.20/gal). Definitely worth it. They have a lot of stations where you can fill both gallon and 5 gallon bottles, so that’s great.
They also have Thrifty ice cream, as well as Icees, and a bunch of other sweet treats. So, this Water & Ice store has a lot of stuff. For all that, I give it a 5 star. And they also have some arcade games and where you can just sit and hang out.
However, sometimes whomever is at the register is a hit or miss. Sometimes it is a young person and sometimes that young person is nice. Other times, it is an older person and sometimes they are nice, but sometimes just indifferent.
So, the customer service or personnel factor, I’d give it a 3 star.
But overall the place is clean and very user friendly.

Probably one of the nicest water and ice’s I’ve ever been to! They have a selection of everything from Thrifty ice cream to games. This will be where we get our water from now on. They even have prepaid water card available so you don’t have to scrounge for quarters.

I must be a fan. This is the only place I go to get our water bottles filled. Real nice layout, plenty of facets for 5 gal bottles, friendly staff + ice cream. What isn’t there to like.

When I stopped here, I thought I was just going to see a simple, small place to buy ice and a few machines to fill up some jugs with filtered water. Wow, the place was considerbly bigger than I expected. They had a self-​service water station with about 10 pumps to use. This place also serves ice cream and sweet drinks. And they have a few chairs and tables inside to sit and eat. The place reminded me of a nice soda shop.

Stopped in this store on a whim, saw it while driving by. So glad we stopped.
Not only do they sell ice and water bottles that you can fill yourself, but they had a great selection of candy and snacks. We got jawbreakers, sixlets, lemonheads and orangeheads! I also found dill pickle flavored sunflower seeds. They had a decent selection of different sodas from Jones, etc.
They also serve Thrifty Ice Cream, Soft Serve Ice Cream, and Hawaiian Shave Ice. The soft serve ice cream was terrific, and the chocolate dip had good chocolate flavor without being waxy and waxy tasting like I remember from childhood.
The Shave Ice wasn’t flaky like I remember it being when I had it somewhere else. This was a cross between a snocone and shave ice. They did have just about every flavor syrup you could imagine.
I felt like a little kid when I left!
