VXO Nails & Feet Reflexology

I came in for a quick pedicure after work. I was expecting the usual quick rushing me through the chair and rude service but instead I was pleasantly surprised. I had a wonderful, polite technician that went above and beyond her normal service. She worked on my complicated toes with patience and grace even though there were walk-​ins waiting. Definitely coming back.

I loved the experience it was very quiet, and peaceful, I will come back for a fill-​in. It was clean, tools looked clean, station looked clean and well kept. The nail technician helped clean up the cuticle around my nail, and it made my full set look elegant– also, they don’t nickel and dime you. I will need to come back soon!

Worst customer service & experience hands down! My friend and I came in today as walk-​ins, the salon was very busy and we were told about 10 minute wait for pedi/​manicure. We waited at least 30 min before going back to be seated and then another 30 minutes (in cold water) we then asked to have our water heated back up and were told to wait. When we inquired how much longer we’d expect to wait, we were told we could leave if we didn’t want to wait any longer. I have never in my life been treated so rudely! The issue could have been avoided if we were quoted an accurate wait time up front. I will never be back or recommend this place. Leaving was actually a huge blessing as we found another salon that was very nice and clean and that will be our new go-​to place

I stopped by after finding this salon on Unilocal.The guy who did my nails was not friendly, but you can’t always get everything. :) I went in for a backfill. The guy ended up soaking my nails in acetone and they were way too short. When I said something, he got extremely upset and started being rude. He got up and actually walked away. The lady came over and told me they’d need to take my nails off and start over, but it was my fault this happened. And… I’d have to pay for the new set and the take off. I was upset and just asked them to paint my nails so I could get through the day. They did a terrible job. I had to pay for the partial take off and the painting. This was a terrible experience.

Best massage chairs ever! Reasonable pricing — I paid $ 25 pre-​tip for a spa pedi (with super long/​awesome massage) and callus remover and hot stone rub. Staff is really friendly, but also respect the spa environment and aren’t over-​chatty. I closed my eyes and was in paradise for a half hour.

Four of us (2 guys and 2 girls) came in for pedis and they were able to accommodate us all right away, they even called in another employee so we didn’t have to wait until another customer finished. Extremely friendly, served us cold water and always smiling. Didn’t try to up sell us like most places do, which we appreciated. Place was clean and had liners in the tub. Will be back!

This place is great! I have somewhere a little closer to me that I usually go to for convenience, but I think I’ll stop being lazy and make this my regular. They are clean and have really nice chairs. The employees are always so kind… «Your skin is like baby’s.» is always something a woman wants to hear lol. Points for you! And the massage and hot stones with the pedicure?! Yeah, since I usually just do my own nails, I opted for this one. Sigh… :-)
The owner was there on this day and was waxing eyebrows like crazy. I mean, the place is in a bad location and they never seem to have a lot of customers. There were several people who came in and gave her so much praise about how she always does so well… So when my nails were done, I asked her to clean me up too. Very nice. She didn’t get any in my hair, lol, yes that happens where I usually go… And they looked great! Oh… And no greasy cooling lotion to wash off when I get home.
I’ll be back on the regular now. And you should go give them business too!!!

I come here all the time. The staff is always friendly and personable. I never have to wait which is great coming from a long day of work. I have tried other salons but not one I will use again. The price is very affordable.

I have been here on a couple occasions and am just now getting around to writing my review. I got a pedi and the girl who did it was great! I was able to walk in and get seen right away. They have several different packages you can get for your pedi, mani, etc. and you know up front how much it’s going to cost. No $ 5 more at this place. I will be back!
