I had the opportunity to visit Gilbert True Rest float spa over the weekend and brought my sister to join me. I am already looking forward to the next time. I have floated before and absolutely love the benefits but it had been in a physical therapy setting and True Rest is so much more. From the moment I walked in it looked and felt like a luxury spa experience in addition I was impressed with the authenticity and kindness of the owners & staff. The audio jack allowed me to use my phone to play my guided meditations and I have experienced profound insights and healing in quieting my busy mind to listen. I have floated three times so far at True Rest in Gilbert! My first time was an incredible experience, but my second float was exceptional! I have had a knee injury for years and since that second float, my pain has diminished! My third float was after an 8 mile hike. The best way to end my day! I slept so good after the float and my body was not sore at all from my hike. I strongly recommend floating, if you have not tried it!

Had my first flotation experience at True Rest Float Spa yesterday. It was awesome. The staff is courteous and calm. Facilities are new and very well appointed. Time schedules are strictly adhered to and there was no waiting. The check-​in and tour were relaxed. No pressure to join or book additional sessions, just relying on the facility and staff to create the memory for you.
The experience was very calming. Pods are clean and private showers much appreciated.
Keep up the good work, Laura! I wish there was a True Rest in Casa Grande.

Went to float for the second time and it was so much better than the first time. The staff here was very warm and welcoming. The tea was fantastic. I will look into purchasing a membership as soon as possible! :)
