My experience with the Wells Fargo cafeteria managed by Sodexo(is it really Sodex-ho?) has been excellent. My wife and I eat at the Chandler location 3 – 4 times per week. They offer a nice variety of food and make an effort to include healthy side dishes in their entrees. I’m a vegetarian, so I like their made-to-order salads. Usually I’m in a hurry, so I just grab a yogurt and celery sticks with peanut butter. Sometimes I get the main entrée without the entrée. Or to put it another way, only the side dishes, which typically are steamed vegetables. My wife likes the soups, which are more flavorful some days than others. In my opinion, the food is reasonably priced, especially considering that they have guaranteed clientele. Our meals there are a little less expensive and healthier than eating out. The only complaint we have about the food is that the daily specials seem to be more repetitive than they used to be. But it may only seem that way because we have eaten there so often for so long. The staff are all extremely friendly. Some know us by name, which is amazing given that around 3,000(and soon 4,000) people work at the corporate campus. They even know my eating preferences and remind me when I forget something, such as my usual large diet soda. Although there has been some turnover of staff during the past years, the turnover is low for the food-service industry, which is a good sign. The current cafeteria has an awkward layout, which is not the fault of Sodexo. The soda fountain, coffee, teas, napkins, straws, and silverware are in one small area, which means you are almost guaranteed to accidentally bump into someone. Also, although the booths are nice, the tables are strangely wide. If my wife and I sit across from each other, we have to yell to be heard. But things should be much better soon. A new cafeteria, also managed by Sodexo, is scheduled to open in about a month in one of the newly constructed office buildings on campus. I’m told it will be much larger and will offer an even wider selection of foods and beverages. We can’t wait!

The sodexo located at wells fargo on price has a lot to be desired. The hot food is hardly ever hot and the tastiness of their items need a major overhaul. Good thing they have built in customers.
