I have been personally shopping at this store for three years and it has always been a pleasure! Their outfits are trendy and cute, and come in a plethora of different colors. And there are even styles available for older girls now (Tween) that the sales staff can order for customers with a really low shipping charge! (You can order them yourself online but the shipping charge is more.)
As for price, I completely disagree with the other reviewer who said they were high. In my opinion, they are very, very reasonable. Go and see for yourself!
The manager, Kate, is incredibly helpful as well as the other staff she has. I usually only deal with her though. She remembers me not only by my first name but also my last name, which is definitely not a common name. Totally blew me away the first time she did it!
I have been buying Naartjie clothing online since my 11-​year-​old daughter was an infant. I was very excited when we moved to Gilbert and there was a store here. I have been nothing but happy with their customer service and selection.

Okay, to be clear… the 2 stars is for the customer service. The merchandise is just adorable. Pricey, but hey… I chose to go there. I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on Unilocal.She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn’t greet me coming in and didn’t bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register.
So, maybe I’m just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that’s why I shop consignment. I guess wasn’t the same company they’re probably use to catering to… which are moms in designer garb and fake tans. Oh well. At least I walked away with a really cute outfit… on sale! :)
