Moar Lawn and Landscape

My experience with Moar was A+. First, I asked to have someone come by to give an estimate to add rock to my yard in Sun Lakes. They showed up on time and the estimate was reasonable. I received a follow up call later letting me know because of recent rains, they might have to move the schedule out — but that they would let me know. Sure enough, received another call and they were on schedule as originally planned. Then, I received another call to let me know the rock would be delivered the night before and they would show up first thing the next day. They indeed showed up on time and the work was completed promptly. And … they cleaned up everything before they left. First class job and first class service in my book. Thanks Moar!

We used Moar for irrigation and plant installation in our backyard. There were absolutely no issues— The process was quick and relatively inexpensive. We were so impressed initially that we decided to hire them on for monthly service… That was when things took a turn for the worse.
The first time the maintenance crew came out, we had to call them back the next day to adequately remove the weeds.
With all of the monsoons this season, a poor tree in our backyard took quite a beating. We asked them to come out and stake it. They said they would be out the following day and never showed. We had to call back twice to finally get someone to come out… Over a week later when the tree was on the ground.
Unfortunately, I was home sick on their second to last visit to my home and was able to witness the service. We pay for both front and back yard maintenance. The crew never even went in the backyard. Additionally, branches and pieces of bush were left all over the front yard and driveway. I have stains from the plants being left on the pavement.
I had experienced enough of this crap service and had my husband call to cancel our services. He spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed cancellation. However, the crew still came out and we were charged. I’m currently in the process of disputing the charge with the bank.

I emailed them for a quote to get our yard cleaned up and maintenance, they emailed me once and told me what times they would be available and I emailed them saying whenever they are available id be home, and I never heard from them again. Sad, but true story.

Once again, I used Moar Lawn & Landscape, this time for my front drip system which wasn’t turning off and as always they did not disappoint. Cale came out as expected, he knows I work from home and often on calls. since my office doors also face the front entrance he could see I was on a call so he quietly knocked so as not to rile up my dog. We had a quick discussion on what was going on and he went about doing his business, which ended up being a valve replacement, while I finished my call. When he was done he stated he’d make sure the other valve wasn’t still under warranty before sending me an invoice. I had questions on what my timer should be set on for now and in the winter, so he’s offered to send me an email on what they should be set to. Once again so very helpful, friendly, reasonable, professional and effective. I honestly cannot say enough good about their service, I highly recommend you give them a try if you haven’t already!

Pretty much like what the others said. Started off good, went down hill fast. First initial clean up they did a great job and I expected the yard to stay like that. A few months later they were in and out in a few minutes, leaving debris all over, not spraying or taking care of weeds, not trimming. They would just come and mow the lawn. Communication is poor. Overall service is poor. I’m not sure if they switched crews, or what happened but not happy with the service.

I refer business to these guys since we do not go to the east valley. I also have a couple of customers that I subcontract these guys out to do for me and I never get complaints about their service. I usually can call the office and get a hold of someone every time. Their workers all communicate well with our customers and we always get good feedback from them. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to care for your yard in the East Valley.

I used Unilocal to assist finding a reputable vendor for a reverse osmosis for u see the kitchen sink. Aqua Science was recommended. So I called them for an estimate. They were the lowest of 3 vendors. I am surely happy with everyone at Qua Science from the professionalism of the phone personnel to the complete sales staff.
The sales staff seemed to go out if their way to make sure what I need and was very helpful in ascertaining the décor of the product I was buying would match all other appliances. I would highly recommend who may be looking for water devices and equipment, Aqua Science should be the one.

We own a property management company and even our regular guy failed us. In a moment of sheer frustrating I called Moar after doing a Google search. They actually ANSWERED their phone. not just the first time, but every time! Refreshing.
They came right out and gave us an estimate which was reasonable. Not the lowest but not the highest either. Here’s the kicker, they showed up the next morning and started the work. They were through with a major cleanup and first time service in a matter of hours. Now my lawn is under control and my pots are filled with beautiful color!
I’ll be recommended Moar from here on and they will be doing my regular service from now on. Thanks to Chad, Brent and the rest of the team at Moar for being at the top of their game!

We keep our dogs locked up during the day so they can work without the dogs being in their way. I got a call on my way home from work from my wife that the dogs had some how got out. We looked all over the neighborhood for two hours and luckily we found them. They left our back gate open. Thanks Moar

I still decided to use Moar and I spoke with the owner and they always make sure they the gate is closed after they leave. They have done a good job, but sometimes they don’t adjust the water schedule after I asked.

I would probably use them again.
They came out to trim a mesquite tree in the front yard. Communication was excellent (we texted). The price was pretty comparable to many other quotes I’d gotten. The reason I went with Moar was that it seemed they seemed to care a bit more about my small job than some of the others I had gotten quotes from.
They showed up on a Sunday when they said they were going to and finished the main job. I would have given them five stars but they turned my one day job into a two day job when they had to come back to finish the clean up.
Overall: Reasonable prices, great communication and very reliable. I would strongly consider using them in the future.
