We received a coupon in the mail for their services. In our rental contract, we were required to get the carpets cleaned upon move out so we thought, «Why not?» The guy scheduled us for 8am and said we would be the first ones that day. An hour and a half after 8am, no one had showed. We contacted the company to find out what was going on and were lied to. The guy said he gave us a time frame of 8am-​12pm. I reiterated that he didn’t, that he specifically told us we were first that day, and he basically called me a liar. The crew finally showed up around 10:30am, mentioned they had another job before ours, and did our job in record time. If it were my house, I would have asked them to do it again but since it was a rental and I was just looking for the receipt, I didn’t say anything. I wouldn’t recommend for my personal carpet. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NIGHTMARE!

Worst experience in my whole carpet cleaning experience, carpet was soaked for over 48 hours and after somewhat drying the carpet doesn’t look any different. The guy up saled me the «high traffic area extra area treatment» that had a «higher ph» level and after I said yes, went to my sink and filled the bottle with WATER which dilutes any higher ph potency… I did not smell any chemicals nor feel any residue on my feet. I did not use any discounts or coupons and this was well over priced for nothing I would ever recommend to anyone. This guy is extremely money motivated and doesn’t care to do a decent job even for those who pay full price. Not impressed and want a refund.

The service was very disappointing. I typically get my carpets cleaned every 6 months and thought I would try someone new since I saw them on Groupon. The guy said he would offer me the same price so I went ahead and gave them a try. After he showed up late, they cleaned for 10 minutes. Usually carpet cleaning for a house takes 30 – 45 minutes. They did a half assed job and it was not worth the money, even discounted.

Master-​Tech did a great job cleaning my carpets and explaining to me the wear through high traffic areas vs. low traffic areas. Jonathan was knowledgeable and eager to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend Master-​Tech to anyone looking for a deep clean for their carpets.

Watch out for this service. Missed the window on timeframe for appointment… was late. NO Hidden fees, maybe, bait and switch. The tech was courteous, but informed me that the quote to treat and clean the carpets would be an additional $ 200 on top of the $ 139. When I didn’t do the additional treatments, rushed with the job. Not recommended.
