Quick and simple Ken came to our restaurant to give an estimate for our landlord I asked him for an estimate for our interior remodel ducting work I was quoted $ 4,200 (which I agreed to pay) after the work was done Ken only charged me $ 3,000. He was honest enough to say that there was not as much material or labor hours involved so that’s why he gave me the discount.
Ken has since did other work for myself and business associates with an estimate but no need to look for other estimates.
It is very hard to find a contractor who takes pride in his work and is very respectful not to mention on time and clean.
Do yourself a favor and give him a call even if he does not do your job you’ll meet a nice person.
