Great Clips

Absolutely the rudest person that checked us in when we walked in, I had already done the «online check in» prior. I told her she needed to get some customer service skills. My daughter is a hair stylist at an upscale salon and was unable to cut my son’s hair. Therefore we came here as we live right next door. I had an appt for 3 of my boys to get their hair cut. She was rude and non approachable from the get go. I am absolutely floored by the lack of customer service she showed. I’ve been in mgmt for 25 years, she would’ve been fired if I were a shopper. You can look up my info. We came in at 7:09 pm on 9−2−15.

The staff at this location are all very knowledgeable in their field. They are friendly and attentive to your needs. My hair is right every time and the price is unbeatable. I use the great clips brand tea tree shampoo on the recommendation of a stylist and I haven’t gone back to any other product since I started using it. A professional product at a great price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great friendly haircut at a reasonable price!

I have to say how pleased I am with my haircut and the service I had received at this Great Clips… I was welcomed not by 1 employee but all 3, what a great vibe. I can tell she knew exactly what she was doing and it shows with my haircut, it looks awesome! We had great conversation and I will definitely return to this location!

My husband took my daughter to this location for haircut on 05÷26÷15. My husband asked the hairdresser to take off a few inches, so it would be about to her shoulders. Just a even straight cut, no layers or anything. Her hair was still wet when they left and when they got home he noticed a section of her hair was considerably shorter than the rest of it. I’m not sure how hairdresser was able to miss this, everyone that I’ve seen cut hair always checks to see if the lengths are even throughout and at the end of the haircut. He called the location and they told him to come in with the receipt and they will fix it. Hopefully that will happen when they go back in today. I am just so shocked that the hairdresser didn’t notice that one section was shorter than the rest of the hair.

This is such an awesome place to get your hair cut! The staff is so friendly and they are all very attentive to you. I always get the cut i ask for and my stylist doesn’t mind that i like it cut dry. Quick, convenient, and friendly!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.
Let’s start off with they were definitely not my first choice but the other 2 salons I tried either couldn’t fit me in or had an hour wait.
So I walk in and am immediately met with a dirty look. All I wanted was a simple blowout. No wash. Just for her to round brush it and give it some volume, I was taking pictures afterwards.
I know I’m in trouble when my «stylist» asks another woman «how she should even do that». She leaves and comes back with a round brush and I feel a little better. However, she’s a total jerk. My hair is naturally thick and tangles pretty easy. She just turns the blow dryer on and immediately starts to round brush my hair, pulling sharply when she gets to a knot.
There’s no apologies from her side. Not when I flinch in pain from her ripping my knots out. Not for spraying water directly in my face. Not even when she RIPS MY EAR RING OUT. The only time she spoke to me through the whole thing was to tell me how bad my split ends are.
Then, the whole experience costed me $ 35. 35?! For you to blow dry my hair?
Will. Never. Return.

Quick and easy mans haircut. Just the way I like it and Renee gets it right every time.

Great sale price and not much of a wait and my husband liked his hair cut :-)
