You will definitely find what you are looking for here. Not only was the owner kind and knowledgable but they had great deals on their grills. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the market for a new grill or fireplace. Much nicer than your traditional box stores.

we ordered our logs on Tuesday, picked them up today, very pretty set. very friendly staff. great service and the best service in town anywhere in Phoenix.
I would recommend this store for any and all fireplace parts accessories, and they even carry my fireplace gel sets. great bbqs too.

We were first time customers to Gilbert Fireplace & BBQ. We had the opportunity to deal with Mike Barnhart, the owner. It was time to upgrade our firepit. Mike is excellent to deal with. We purchased a new fire ring and 100lbs of fireglass. There was no hardsell or upsell pressure from him. He showed us a variety of different colors of fireglass and of course at different prices. We never felt he was trying to sell us anything more than what we wanted. He explained different pro’s and con’s of different colored glass and different fire rings. I was also having a minor issue with my current BBQ that came with our home. I explained this issue to Mike and he told me what to do to fix my problem. When our BBQ needs replaced there is no question where we will buy. Gilbert Fireplace & BBQ has earned our business. I would recommend this to be your first and last stop if you are shopping for any BBQ or firepit items.
