Very upset with the lack of communication and follow through from owner Dawna. Originally agreed to build a custom piece for my wedding and changed the product without asking or telling me about it. After a month of asking about the piece she finally sent me a picture of the unfinished product. And said she thought it’d be ok.
If you have an important event like a wedding I would consider renting elsewhere unless you prefer to not have a «Perfect Day».
