Dunkin’ Donuts

This is a brand spanking new location! since I have switch from the Starcoffee place This is my GO TO coffee shop! they have great coffee, fast and friendly service and loyalty cups with $ 1.00 refills !!! woohoo!!! they always have great promos as well. so the the APP and get in her to get your daily caffeine fix!

The one rare time I had a hankering for some donuts… this place failed me. All stale. Crappy service at the drive thru. I was really surprised as its fairly new. I would hope they haven’t stopped caring about their product and customers so soon.

This specific location is absolutely terrible. Worst customer service, very slow and unorganized.

I went in on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t busy inside or at the drive through, which leaves me to wonder why the tables weren’t wiped clean and the floor wasn’t swept. Crumbs were everywhere. The staff seem unmotivated when it came to keeping the common area clean, but they had enough time to play one-​on-​one grab ass behind the counter.
DD needs to stick with donuts and coffee. I tried the chicken salad sandwich lunch combo out of curiosity and it wasn’t bad, but honestly, you could get a better sandwich at a Quick Trip station’s refrigerated section (and it’s not a good thing to get trumped by gas station food).
I’d stay away from this particular location.

It’s a clean, newer Dunkin Donuts, always crowded, fresh coffee & tasty donuts.

Went drive thru right before they closed. Tried 3 different hot chocolate flavors and enjoyed all 3 but all 3 were so hot (temperature).
Don’t go right before the close, all the good donuts will be gone.

Horrible customer service. Woman behind counter was moody and blunt. Egg on sandwich tasted weird as well. Won’t be back.

What’s not to love about This place. The donuts are not bad, but Bosa is better. The coffee though! Oh man. Smooth and great tasting. Not over priced like Starbucks either. I take mine iced with only cream. They never disappoint.

Busy busy busy at 9am. The order window was broke when we went, might have led to that. Still giving them stars as the staff was helpful and I like dunking donuts. Inside is clean and the line moved quickly. I appreciated they had a person go behind the counter and take coffee orders which helped the line and people getting their orders faster

I am a fan of DD. been in 100’s of them in the past 50 years. I am from a large Midwestern city and would go into DD twice a day while on the way to and at work. I will have to say that this location in having been there a half dozen times since it opened is the absolute worst. 3 days ago at 11:00 am there were a total of maybe 12 donuts in the racks. I over heard a staff member say she was going to ask to close the lobby at 1:00pm because they ran out of something, really? Another occasion I ordered 2 coffees to go, got home, got two teas. Staff is clueless so what would you expect when management will not allow a tip cup.
Management is the key to success, what the hell does the District Manager do? You have to stay on top of your stores. No thanks I’ll try the store at Warner and Lindsey farther but it’s got to be better.

Service was exceptional and my food was hot as well as my coffee. For the brand they give good service. They are in a great location and are a needed feature for this part of Gilbert.

While the customer service is inconsistent and the food quality is sporadic it remains my breakfast location of choice. Unlike other locations (Philly and New York for example) the drinks are consistent. I try to keep in mind that most of the staff is still new. Oh, and by inconsistent customer service I mean that sometimes they are very friendly and sometimes a smile is hard to get. But after stopping here almost daily since opening I have never encountered rudeness. They are getting better all around. And even my donut being up side down in the bag happens less frequently.

They still don’t have a doughnut menu in the drive thru. They have been open for six months now so there really is no excuse. Other Dunkin’ Doughnuts have two menus displaying the doughnuts.
The staff is not nearly as friendly as the Dunkin’ Doughnuts on Greenfield and the 60.

Okay I am normally a Dunkin fan BUT this new location has got to be the WORST location in AZ!!! They have AWFUL customer service and make the worst drinks!!!
I have tried to be patient because they are a newer location but am soooo fed up because their employees are rude, lazy, and unprofessional! No wonder they have such BAD reviews! I AGREE! They are horrible in customer service and in production !
I have given them my business over a handful of times and 9 times out of 10 — I have to come back in and have them remake my drink because it’s so horrible! The employees are flat out lazy and look like they hate working there! I asked them questions and they will ignore them or just gather in the back doing God knows what… Like past reviews mentioned they really are a bunch of lazy loser teenagers who barely know who to tie their shoes much less greet people and pour coffee!
Move on people down the road EAST to Power RD to Starbucks and pay an extra couple dollar$ for coffee and much better service!

Really bad service and very rude employees. Our family won’t be back, we will just drive to the Chandler Heights location from now on.

For some reasons i gave the place 5 star, my bad, its worth minus 10.
Went there yesterday for an ice coffee and got a warm coffee with ice inside, probably they run out of ice coffee or maybe had no idea how to make it.

I buy 4 – 5 dozen donuts a week for clients and I picked some up today in a dozen box that were so freaking bad I had to take them back. They looked day old and they were all folded or cracked. The manager said it was the last ones they had and they are done by hand. «They may not look good but they taste great». A better answer would have been «I agree with you, they don’t look good.»
They gave me my money back and wanted to make me happy but I think they may have been more annoyed than apologetic for their bad donuts. They may have tasted good. I will never know because they did not look like something I wanted to feed myself or my customers! :/​
I think that they have growing pains right now but they better get it together asap or they won’t last long. Even with the dunkin brand.

The staff is sloooooowwwwww. I have never seen a slower DD anywhere. Doesn’t matter if there are 20 people in line or the place is empty. Do yourself a favor a drive to any other DD in the valley.

Been to this Dunkin Donuts about 5 times already… And have had nothing but good service, great coffee and sandwiches!
The only thing this store is always busy! Which means others must think the same!

Okay I sort of jumped the gun with my first review. After having visited this location numerous times now, this location is sub par from the rest.
Yes I can still get $ 1 iced coffee refills but the staff here are hit or miss. Some are really nice and some you can tell don’t even want to be there. Unfortunately, majority of them are the latter.
One visit the girl overfilled my cup and had to pour some out. She left syrup and coffee dripping down the side of the cup and just handed it to me. Wtf. I took some napkins and had to wipe the whole cup down.
Another time the eggs in my sandwich was cold! And my friends bread on her sandwich was hard and inedible (same visit)
And just last week, I went in for my usual refill and the girl filled the cup to the top with hella ice and then skimped on the coffee. It seriously was 1.5 inch from being full.
Man, I was sooo excited for this place too! I love DD iced coffee (hence the 2 stars instead of 1). But damn, they need to get their shit together here!
