We researched the heck out of this company and THEYAREAWESOME! Nathan was so fun and helpful. He really made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions about build quality, outgassing(which is low enough for my gnarly autoimmune disease), and warranty. If you were thinking about an overpriced tempurpedic, check out the memory foam here! Under $ 1000 for a king!!! What?! They even have memory foam pillows. Even if you just order a mattress protector from them, you’re gonna save $ 90! And no tax ever because everything is online ordered after you test-drive the mattresses!!! BOOYA! So stoked on the friendliest, easiest, most honest, and affordable mattress experience ever. Thanks guys.

DONOTRISKYOURHARDEARNEDCASH! TWICEBURNEDBYDREAMFOAM. First: I purchased a King 13″ Ultimate Dreams from DreamFoam and it never expanded past 72 inches(should have been 76). Chuck from DreamFoam could/would not help me because I purchased through Amazon. It took over a week to get the mattress picked up from Amazon, I had to be there for the pickup and I am still waiting for my refund. Second: I decided to give DreamFoam a second chance and ordered directly from their website the King 13″ Eurotop Latex Ultimate Dreams even though it took an email and two phone calls to get a response from Chuck to decide my «comfort level,» I stupidly order it anyway. When I made my purchase I put in the comments DONOTREQUIRESIGNATURE on delivery and to advise me if DreamFoam requires a signature. I work and cannot take a day off to sign for the mattress, I already had to be home to have the bad one picked up. Once again no response from order, email and voice mail. When I got my tracking information I found that they sent it and required a signature! So I called Chuck again asking why? He said because I requested it and said that is was shipped that way only because that is what I wanted. When I asked him to call FedEx to have required signature removed he said that it could not be done so I insisted that he call the delivery back and issue me a refund immediately. He called FedEx and called me right back to tell me he turned the delivery around, but could not give me a refund until FedEx confirms the change, maybe tomorrow. I got very angry at this and let Chuck know that their customer service is horrible. Instead of apologizing to me over the inferior product on the first order or the error they made on delivery of the second order he tells me that every time I talked to him«I came down on him because of the problems.» Put on your big boy pants Chuck and suck it up, your company made two mistakes and it’s your job to fix it! You are the face of DreamFoam and you treat your customers like garbage. I don’t know how you stay in business talking to customers like you do. I never received an apologize for the inferior bed that never expanded. I did not get an apology for the error that you made in shipping the second, until I asked for one. I was not offered any type of resolution options except«I will call it back and refund you later.» You could have sent out a new mattress, express shipping. You could have had the package delivered to the FedEx hub and asked if I would be willing to pick it up and offer a small refund or a free pillow or something for the inconvenience. Those are just a few ideas that could have worked, but instead you wrote me completely off and in your mind think it’s all better because you called it back and will eventually refund my money. And you take no responsibility in my first order because I ordered it through Amazon. I have purchased two mattresses from DreamFoam and am out over $ 2K, waiting who knows how long for my refunds and I have no bed since I disposed of my old one when the first one arrived. Do not risk your money on this company! I now believe the comments on the 1 star reviews when they question if any of the 5 stars are real. Because I can’t imagine this company ever earning a 5 star rating. Businesses run like this need to be OUT of Business!!!

New mattress store likes in San Tan Village just down from the movie theater. They have latex and memory foam beds. I had never heard of Latex until I was researching traditional mattresses on Sleep like the dead, and Mattress Underground websites. This company used to only sell online. Now you can actually try them. Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever tried.
