Just moved to the area and this is our closest coffee shop. This place only has a million diff syrups and sugar packed flavors. We ordered a regular light roast coffee and it was so watered down we just threw it out. Worst coffee Ive ever had, even my work office has better coffee than this place. If you like tons of sugar and lots of syrup selections then this is your place.

Large selection of blended drinks. Teas are okay, I’d rather go somewhere else for that though. Soy and milk alternatives are priced based on cup size which I think is a good idea. Outside area usually taken by smokers.

Love coming here… Service is always friendly and personal. It’s a great place to sit and read or just pick up your caffeine fix. I never feel rushed or like I’m bothering the barista… Something that always happened at that «other place». My favorite– dirty chai tea frost with whipped cream.

I’ve been here w few times and I like to support local businesses… But today I ordered 2 coffees and after the barista told me I need to order it a certain way… And then made me a hot coffee when I asked for iced and just poured the hot coffee over ice so it was all watered down I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I love this place! The fellas at the Val Vista & Elliot location are premo! They treat everyone like friends, even though they don’t know me and constantly confuse my order & name with someone else (no biggie). I like that they can make your beverage in 2.5 minutes flat. Perfect for those mornings when I shouldn’t stop in because I’m running late… Plus they won’t embarrass you when you don’t know what to order and will give suggestions and not be snotty about it.

Decent coffee, but their patio doesn’t allow dogs, yet seems quite dirty and reeks of cigarettes… I guarantee you that most dogs I know smell cleaner than this…

20 oz half black hazelnut mocha. Hands down the best coffee, ever. All baristas are friendly and easily remember regulars, they make you feel very welcome. Clean shop, clean bathrooms, amazing coffee!

I went in with two of my friends and we were told we could not sit inside (with the place being mostly empty) because my friends didn’t have their wallets on them and couldn’t buy their coffee. Absolutely terrible customer service, and inept social skills. You’re coffee rush, not a 5 star restaurant. Ridiculous.

Ok so I have been here at least 10 times. My friends love it, so I meet them alot. The norm here is rude ownership, the owners yell at customers and hang out here too much. They let their kids put dirty hands in the cookie jar (literally) and they make customers uncomfortable. The lines are crazy long because they are too cheap to have 2 employees working. So one person tries to make coffee, take money and remember orders– it’s impossible! Also its really hot inside in the summer, feels like they have the a/​c at like 89 degrees:(. In addition, on one occasion we had to leave because we were attacked by ants inside.

An excellent coffee shop! Bigger on the inside than I’d imagined in advance, meaning that you can escape the Arizona heat more easily to enjoy your beverage. While I was something of an outsider here, my friend from the area clearly knew the barista and engaged in a bit of good-​natured banter, which is one of the marks of an excellent coffee shop. Prices were a bit high as compared with corporate chain competition, but that’s to be expected, and the product is worth it. My Italian soda (vanilla-​flavored, with cream) was possibly the best example of such I’ve ever had.
If I’d been staying in the area longer I could see Coffee Rush becoming a regular destination. Heavily recommended.

LOVE THIS PLACE !! The staff is awsome. Always friendly to everyone. I don’t even need to order, they know me so well they already know what I am going to want. They are supper fast. The longest I have ever waited was about 3min and they were slammed. There coffee has a distinct flavor which I love. When you get expresso shots you can actually taste them. They prices are great cheaper than then Starbucks.

Coffee is good, the Baristas are nice and They have wifi if you purchase something. Only thing that sucks if you buy two items you get a timed wifi password. So I tend to buy my drink then a pastry later (so I can get the wifi again). Great place to study or go on a date. Everyone is friendly. I use to bring my dog all the time and when I came with out him the barista knew. Told her he passed and she was actually sad about it (she gave me a hug and a free pastry)
I always leave feeling relax and happy. I would pick this place over starbucks and cartel any day

The staff is absolutely amazing! They are so quick with all the orders which is amazing when you are in a rush and they are so kind to the customers. I love all their flavor and like how they include baklava desert!!! Amazing Coffee Rush I go here almost everyday with my sister or mom.

This has become my fave local coffee shop. They have a couple locations in the East Valley. This location has outdoor seating with misters, and indoor seating out of the sun. Free WiFi with a purchase! The guys behind the counter are so nice, and work efficiently with a long line. At night, look for the white strung lights outside… that’s them!
They have a frequent buyer card — buy 10 drinks and get the next one free. Mondays are Double Stamp Day.
The pecan baklava is divine, and the iced White Chocolate Mocha has become my go-​to drink here. Sshhh, don’t tell my trainer.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would.
After driving 20 minutes out of my way to try a non-​Starbucks coffee shop I arrived with my toddler, special needs nephew and sister.
I parked in front, there are no lines to designate parking spaces. Barely through the front door a man, I would assume the owner yelled for me to move my car over. He continued to yell across the coffee shop as other patrons looked on.
Promptly left because I would never want to give a cent to someone as disrespectful as that man was to his customers.

There are not too many small-​business model coffee shops in Gilbert, my sister has introduced me to this store. Service is much more personalized and colorful than any routine chain and the selections are a good mix of standard and different. The seating space itself is a little cafeteria-​sterile but spacious and able to accommodate many lingerers. There is an outdoor porch as well to catch some sun or smoke your cigar. If you are avoiding major chains this is #1.

First time visiting this location. The ladies in front of us in line ordered 10 drinks to go and there was only one barista, so it slowed things down, but he did a great job. He engaged with everyone waiting in line and worked as fast as he could. Great coffee, great service.

Looking for a local coffee shop with an excellent barista. Then look no further. Don’t the the exterior fool as its looked in a strip mall. Once inside and once you place your order; you’ll see why people go out of there way to stop here. Excellent coffee all around.
Everyone is always friendly and happy to help in any way. Great place to sit with your laptop while enjoying a cup of joe.
