Maybe make your phone orders behind the main line. Making people wait 20min to just get to the front of the line so you can do call/​online orders is bad business.

The brunette girl working on Tort 1 was so rude that I just wanted to leave. She couldn’t hear that I wanted pinto beans and instead put black beans. When I nicely told her that I wanted pinto, she screamed at me saying «YOU DONT WANT BLACK BEANS?» twice. I worked at Chipotle and whatever excuse she has as to why she was screaming is complete BS. I’ve heard it all. Get some new employees that don’t have anger issues.

Honestly, you’re way better off going a couple miles to the Santan Village chipotle. This place skips out on everything. I’m talking like half the usual amount you’ll get at a normal Chipotle. The lime rice has absolutely no seasoning. So disappointing.

We have been here quite a few times over the past few months, but this time I made the mistake of ordering Steak instead of Chicken in my Burrito… The steak was like gum… it was so digusting I fed it to my dog. I will only get chicken from now on! I really wouldn’t complain but It was just aweful. Please don’t serve customers gristle and call it steak.

So very disappointed again. I ordered online and I received the wrong order. I called to complain and Jacob, who said he is the manager???, gave a stale apology and offer another meal if I came right back. Well I do not leave next door to this location and he did NOT offer another meal in the future. I’ll will not be patronizing this restaurant.

Awesome staff! They are so nice! Manager is very friendly and of course always good food!

They do not put sugar in the white rice. That’s kosher salt. If you believe the hype, ask for a manager. They keep their kitchens clean for inspections. I guarantee having once worked there, they would never add sugar to the rice. People stop making false claims!
This place has a great reputation, I love the food. It’s on the smaller size for chipotles as they go. Try the patio. Not many people seem to know about it. Line moves pretty quickly here. I recommend ordering your food ahead of time if you have a timed lunch just in case.
Also their margaritas are bomb. Yes I have them for lunch but I’m usually not a light weight.

I’ve always had good service at this location. I work right down the street and I use the app to pre-​order my food. It is ready and waiting for me when I arrive. I enjoy the soyfritas in a salad with pinto beans, corn salsa, and guac.

Really just depends on the time you go in I guess, dinner time food seems to be better than in the day. The food didn’t seem so fresh, the guacamole was turning brown and the tomato salsa I love was all soupy and the tomatoes were all see through which made it not so great. Very chincy on the chicken, I’ll stick to the Santan mall location, the foods always fresh there.

This has got to be the most inconsistent chipotle I have ever been to. You either get really fast service and good food or really slow service and a burrito that looks like they folded it with their eyes closed. Huge fan of chipotle but this location is a big disappointment. Especially since it’s the closest one to my house.

Friendly staff. Good location. Line moves a little slow but it’s because they get super busy. Outdoor patio has good shade, cool vines, and a good view of Gilbert St. The cut portions of fajitas, lettuce, onions, cilantro and taste of all ingredients remain consistent with what the Chipotle recipe card suggests.

Quality and value top shelf! Call in for take out very quick and easy to avoid the ordering line which can be long during meal time. Call ahead then normally in approximately 15 minutes you go straight to cashier, pay, pick up and go!

Lines are always long like every Chipotle but they have great service. I eat here several times a week and I’m always happy with my food.

Better chipotles around. This one really does skimp on portions; like it is coming out of the employees pocket! Weird. I agree that the online orders do hold up the line and have always told my wife that chipotle needs to rethink how they deal with this for inline customers (possibly an entirely different area) but I didn’t dock stars as this is an upper management problem. I do however have an issue with some of the employees at the moment, mainly attitudes but the management is very competent and has on two occasions made good which is the only reason we have this location a 4 star. Something else they need to do is TURN THE RADIO DOWN! I HATE having to yell my order 3 times over because nobody can hear anything. I’m not at a bar trying to order a rum and coke here. I tend to eat here often and will report back if anything major changes but we have actually found a nicer location a little further away which we have started going to. *i also want to send out a PSA to everyone in line ahead of me: chipotle made the glass higher for a reason, stop trying to lean over it to see the food– it’s glass– keep your nastys off my food!

Terrible service rude workers just all around bad! What’s up with this chipotle?! I’m used to such amazing service normally.

Gosh u love this place especially after the gym .the chicken bowl with pinto beans hits the spot every time. .r he line can be long at times but where is there not a line for good food but I don’t need to tell you all that .hope all is having a great night .I am

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Plus they skimp on everything. Avoid at all cost.

This is the worst Chipotle location ever.
Lines are always out the door… And I’ve never seen a line move so slow in my life. No joke, plan to wait around 30 minutes. There are 3 reasons for this:
1. The employees are slow… And don’t listen. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve either had to have them remake my order entirely due to a lack of communication or add sides because they only put on a teaspoon of hot sauce.
2. Not sure why people don’t use the online ordering. In the land of Mormons (aka Gilbert), this would really make a difference in the line… One person will be ahead of you placing 10 orders they are reading off their phone.
3. Samples. «Can I try the chicken?» Who the hell needs to sample chicken?! I mean really, people. Get yourselves together.
You’re much better off going to the Chipotle location on Gilbert between Ray and Warner.

The food at Chipotle is amazing of course!
But… There is always a line at this location because of how slow they make the food. They do skimp on the portions and seeing other people complain about it on here just reaffirms my suspicions.
The workers have been courteous in my experiences… they just don’t give a lot of meat.
ALSO, the online ordering really slows the process down. I waited a long time while online orders were being made. Get rid of this online ordering, Chipotle. This is ruining your customer service.

They were busy but moved quickly to get everyone through the line. I tried a margarita from there for the first time. I expected sub-​quality and watered down. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. It did take them awhile to make it but they offered a but one get one free as compensation. I hadn’t even mentioned that they were slow so I was impressed. Love the addition of brown rice to the menu and thrilled they’re going GMO free.
