Chico’s

Chico’s has some cute clothes, but they are pricey. Chico’s has tops, jeans, jewelry, crop pants, and various accessories like scarves. Several of my favorite jeans are from Chico’s, as well as some cute tops and long cardigans. I enjoy looking at the catalogs, but you have to keep tabs on the prices because a shopping spree here will add up quickly. They make clothes that fit curvy girls well, but… why so expensive?!
The people who work here absolutely must be paid on commission, because one will latch onto you like a leech as soon as you walk in the door. They’ll ask your name and make sure you know theirs. They’ll also try to take any clothes you’re carrying and offer to hold them at the register – this conveniently allows you to forget how much you’ve racked up already, and when you finally get to the register your grand total may be a shock. Just keep that in mind!
They have a frequent shopper program, so if you plan on shopping here fairly often it’s worth it. They also have various promotions which sometimes can help on the high prices.
