Bluewire

We use bluewire for our service provider at work, and it is ALWAYS down. It drops at least 6 to 7 times a day. When it rains, we have CONSTANT connection issues. Right now, we are experiencing a semi-​outage. Monitoring our connection with winMTR and getting 60−100% packet loss going on 30min now. Horrible. Absolute rubbish.

Beware of sales process with this company. the salesman did not reveal additional charge for the installation over and above $ 189.00 installation charge.
The installation team show up and wanted additional custom installation charge of $ 89.00 and stated they will not do attic run of there cable so they will additional charge for that job too.
I was hoping to check out there service but since I did not get it install for all the additional charges we will never know how good their service/​customer service truly would be.
BTW they’re 2 hours late for their installation appointment.
