I ordered my carpet on a Tuesday and was promised a week for the install and imagine my surprise when I was called two days later and scheduled the next day! The installer was polite and on time. Great service and my carpet looks fantastic

Never have I experienced such an unprofessional and non-​responsive contractor as I have with this company. Terrible workmanship and quality and will not stand behind their work. Have been waiting over 40 days to come repair work that was performed incorrectly. Think twice before you do anything with Benchmark Interiors.
