Really functional 24 hour Gym with key access open seven days a week in a safe area for woman who work off shifts. It is clean and has everything you need to get a Great workout. If you don’t get a good workout its on you. If you need a kick in the Butt they have excellent Personal Trainers who will workout a fair two month program with you. There is no Sauna or Pool but I think you see that when you walk in. If you have that kind of cash flow you can pay twice the amount monthly and get that.

This gym is a newer location and it’s clean.
It has been busier than usual which sucks. The only thing that is missing is a pool and a sauna which none of the chains have. Overall though, the location is okay although I wish they had individual TVs for the dreadmills and ellipticals as well as more channels. In addition, more updated equipment would help as well. Some of the equipment is showing a bit of wear and tear. We paid a $ 25 enhancement fee which was supposed to go toward new equipment (according to the lady that signed us up). Instead, they purchased new tvs which makes no sense especially since some of the equipment has visible tears. :(
The equipment is NOT new. In addition, if there are more than 6 to 7 people in the gym, then it can be considered crowded due to the size. Lately, there has been more people than usual there.
