Cancelled my subscription 3 months ago and they keep charging my card and refusing a refund! They say they’ll credit it to me in tans! Unacceptable. Guess I’ll just get a new card since the owner/​managers clearly don’t care for customers service or have any morals! Not only that, I was reading on Facebook this has happened to at least THIRTY other people!

Great place to tan. Staff is helpful and nice, and they clean before each tanner goes into a room. Really great ambiance, good rooms and the music rocks.

Im so glad there is a CLEAN tanning place in the harbor. These gals are not pushy about upselling beds or make you feel like you have the wrong lotion and you just HAVE to buy this new lotion. The front desk gals have a nice glow to them they arent freakishly orange and most of all they arent snooty. When I walked in I was given a tour immediatley, I was given a swag bag and informed the difference of each bed and how they can benefit me. I was impressed. Welcome to the Harbor!
