My wife and I went into the store looking for a specific gift. It was not available in this store, but staff graciously called to the store in Silverdale and asked them to set the item aside for us until we could go there to pick it up. They were very helpful and courteous. I will readily return to this store.

Before the holidays I purchased three tablets which totalled around $ 300. At the time Radio Shack was running a $ 10 for every $ 50 spent rebate where they would email me back the rebate to be used at a later time. Everything sounded good, but I never received the rebate. I followed up with the store weekly for about six weeks and all the manager and asst manager could say was«I will resubmit» your email. They resubmitted my email six times… still nothing. I’ve even tried to call Radio Shack corporate number, which just referred me back to the individual store. Something smells fishy about this company. The people who work at Radio Shack seemed nice enough, but not very interested in solving the true nature of a customers problem. The tablet devices work fine so my main issue with this store is that I’m not sure if this whole ordeal was just incompetence at the store level or a bait and switch from the corporate office. Either way I will not be purchasing from this store again and most likely will not purchase from Radio Shack again.
