Papa Murphy’s

Went in at 4:30pm and the gentleman taking my order was to concerned with selling me «sides», and then conversing with fellow employees. As a result they got my order wrong. Here is a tip… pay more attention to what the customer is saying to you rather than your fellow employees.

$ 10 tuesday for 5 topping large pizza!
Such fresh amazing ingredients!

Ya this is the place to get pizza to take home! Always fresh, always good! The employees are always happy and pleasant. I have spoke with Nate and Hunter, both very professional and just nice guys. They pile on the toppings that are fresh and tasty. If you have the time to take your pizza home to cook and eat then by all means stop at Papa Murphy’s for some «Take and Bake»!

Family sized herb chicken is where it’s at! I worked at a PM before and it doesn’t take a genius to know if you order 10 min before a pizza place closes someone is gonna be pissed, all your stuff is almost put away! The last thing you wanna do is bust all that back out to make ONE pizza, just don’t be that person… oh and when I came in I wasn’t «allowed» to tip, and that’s bs. Let those kids get damn tips for working there, making pizzas isn’t a blast or a high paying job.

Papa Murpphy’s a decent place but don’t order too late at this one or you’ll get pissy employees throwing your pizza together.
Called to order a pizza 10 minutes before closing and just had the worst looking pizza made for me that I have ever received from Papa Murphy’s.
I used to work fast food and I know it sucks to have someone come in 10 minutes before closing, but you still have to be professional and not show it. And in this case the only thing the guy had to do was get out the 5 or 6 containers, add the ingredients, then put them right back under the rack. Not really a big deal that would require him to throw the trays around then give me a bent out of shape «Here ya go!» and he slides my pizza across the counter at me. I even told the two guys, «sorry, I didn’t realize you were closing in 10 minutes or else I would of just held off», one guy was really nice actually and said it was no problem, but the other had the worst attitude about it and just kept tossing trays around to let everyone know he was displeased having to do his job that close to getting off for the night.
If you’re open to 10, you need to expect to make pizzas till 10, if you don’t want to make them don’t answer the phone 10 minutes before closing and ask what kind of pizza I want?
A few good pizzas, but pissy employees will destroy any good establishment. Management needs to have a chat with some of their employees on how to behave.

In response to the comment below, I stand by my statement. If you are upset with customers for any reason you need to stay professional enough not to let them know this. I understand this is difficult sometimes, but this one pizza did not ruin his evening as he made it seem. I also don’t think it’s going overboard to point out this incident either. As I mentioned above, the other guy working was extremely nice and helpful, the other was pissy like a 5 year old who got nothing for Christmas.
I even said «Oh you’re closing, don’t worry about it man.» And the one nice guy said it would not be a problem, come on in.
«Don’t be that person.»
Oh you mean the type of person who orders food during hours of operation, from a place that sells food during their hours of operation? OK, that makes sense.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I think their pizza is by far the best around. I have to admit that I have been going there too often lately and my waiste line is showing that. I think I need to try some of their thin crust pizzas. They have less calories. But my favorite it the Murphy’s Comination. It’s so piled high with toppings! You won’t find that on any dominos or pizza hut pizza.
