I live in Tacoma and the wait for the urgent care over there was 4 hours. I drove over to Gig Harbor and only had to wait an hour and a half. We got to leave and eat some dinner at Blue Agave. They sent me a text when it was time to check in. The staff was so nice and they were genuinely concerned and felt badly for me. Which I thought was pretty nice considering I was one of the last patients of the day. I found out I have strep throat. What a bummer. But I do think that the nurses and doctors here are very nice. I am glad I came across the bridge to this urgent care.

I called first to see what the wait time would be. They gave me a website to go to to get directions on how I could get a text message when an opening became available. It was great! I instantly got a text. My appointment was scheduled 45 minutes from when I originally called. The people were kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility.

Went in for some back issues. Had a hour wait but let me sign in and leave. Gave me a text 15 minutes before I was ready to be seen so I could come back. How nice is that?
Saw Dr Mary who awesome and really spent some time with me giving options. Felt very well cared for.

Went first thing in the morning, total time there was under an hour, all the staff was very nice and friendly. Used the «join the line» online option via their website and got text updates as to when they’d see me and when I should show up, they had all my info ready when I got there, didn’t even have to fill out any paper work. Would definitely use it again!
