Had an appointment for 1 pm, it’s now 4:15 and no Mr TV or even a call. I would read the rest of the reviews and stay away.

Would give it 0 stars if that were an option. Don’t waste your time or money, because these guys DEFINITELY will waste both of these for you. Broke countless appointments after tearing my dryer apart and left me stranded for weeks.

One star is too many. Stay away — it is a sham. Made an appt and they never showed up. Never called. I called 4 times and they kept promising to come. I should have known. They don’t answer the phone with the name of their business. It comes up as a location outside of Gig Harbor. In the end, am lucky they didn’t show as I didn’t give them any money. Look carefully at their website — all links go back to their home page. Look for other reviews as well. I didn’t do that before I called them.
