After finding a few items which were on sale racks but not discounted as well as 3 other items which were marked, the checkout person and his supervisor would not discount the late winter/​early spring coat on the sale rack and said full price (it is the first day of Summer). I did not purchase the 2 items. Went online and found items which were heavily discounted and called and spoke w/​Kyle the assistant manager. He fully listened and checked and found my items still in the area to be returned back to the floor and allowed me the sale price which was equivalent to the clearance winter coats prices. TY Kyle! I will be picking these up soon! Sometimes the customer is right! xo

Just left there paying more than I thought I was due to items being put away in the wrong place. The store just opened and it looked like it was picked apart. I was shocked the manager of this location would be ok with how the racks and shelves looked after zoning them. Hopefully they clean it up so shopping there will be more enjoyable.

Kohls is usually a great place to find what you need and get it at a pretty good price. This place is no different except that it is highly disorganized. There are clothes everywhere, Completely unfolded and just thrown back on the shelf. It is ridiculous.

Good to see these stores coming to Gig Harbor, anything to avoid the dreaded $ 5.00 toll. A clean well organized store that sells a variety of goods. From baby clothes to toasters you can find it here.
