Hcs Property Management Home Guardians

We rented our Gig Harbor property out for 5 years through HCS. Living out of state could have been challenging, but working with Roy and Julie gave us a peace of mind. They found very reliable renters for us who took excellent care of our property. We finally moved into our house this past weekend and the interior of the house was immaculate! Whenever we had questions, they emailed us or responded to phone calls immediately. They made being landlords a piece of cake. Thank you Roy and Julie!

Sweet couple that have the best property selection in town. I rented a place from them, but they turned me over to the landlords to collect the rent as a special situation for the landlord that hired them just to get me in to the house. The landlord turned out to be a demon queen, and after paying 1000.00 to complete the agent punch list to move out, the landlord found a million reasons to not give my deposit back to me. I went back to the Property Management folks, as they were her agent, and they showed integrity for the situation and paid me back my deposit from their coffers, knowing that I had left the house in good condition. I was fortunate to walk away from a bad situation.
I believe they are good to good tenants.

This company is great! When we flew up from Southern California and were on our last day of house hunting with no luck and feeling quite frustrated and helpless, we saw a home that looked like might be a possibility and called HCS. The owners, Roy and Julie, put their heads together and found us the perfect place, a home that had not yet been listed and it was literally PERFECT for our family! I like how immaculate their properties are and their great and friendly customer service. Extremely helpful to us military families! Move out instructions were clear and Yes, we got our full deposit back… not too hard when you follow the move-​out instructions. Would absolutely will being going through HCS again if we end up back in the area!
