Absolutely awful. The only reason they have one star is because it’s required. I ordered two days prior to requested delivery. Tracking stated it was out for delivery. It never arrived. I phoned– no answer. Left message– no response. Phoned again the following day– same result. Phoned corporate who then tried contacting them and got no response. It was suggested I cancel the order and order through a neighboring store. I did so yet the neighboring store said it was Gig Harbor’s territory and couldn’t deliver either. Thanks Edible Arrangements. This was the first time I placed an order and now probably my last.

I have been here 10 minutes and the staff had taken fruit out of the truck, walked by me several times and not even acknowledged my existence. No sense of urgency, while I am on a tight schedule. I’m posting this whole review while they are in the back apparently putting the food order away. I will interrupt them soon. The 2 stars is assuming the arrangement is decent. It may drop. So I knocked on the door to the prep area and no response. I can hear them talking! The rating has droooed to 1 star now since I started writing this. Almost 20 minutes now. So after knocking on the door the owner popped out of the back and ask if she could help me. It got squared away which brings us back up to three stars. Apparently the two that ignored me and then said they didn’t see me after I held the door for them thought I worked there because they were temporary help. Having managed retail operations before specifically in food I understand the challenges. But three stars is the best I can do after the extra effort on the owner’s part. **upon further reflection, I have gone on to 5 stars. When the owner came out of the back, phone in hand she was being hammered by someone at corporate. She basically hung up on them to take care of me, while almost killing herself solving a problem they created. I don’t know your name, but through a different looking glass, you performed admirably and my daughter loves her edibles.

Arrived two hours prior to advertised closing time on my wife’s birthday. Store was just closing. Group of girls was sipping drinks, chatting, and absolutely indifferent to a customer who was there. Said they were closing and pointed me towards the door. Filed compliant online with Edible Arrangements. Customer Service said issue was passed to local manager. Gave him two weeks and heard zip. The stuff they sell may be OK, but I’ll never go there again and suggest you all find someplace else to take your business to.

I placed an order for my husband to be delivered to his work for our anniversary. His office closes at 6 and there was a voicemail on his work phone on Monday the the delivery driver was unable to deliver it because the office was closed. I left a message for the manager to get a refund, no call back. I have emailed, no response and now I have a pay pal claim for a refund. This place is not cheap, $ 84 for an item that we never received, they need to make this right and refund me.

Tried getting a hold of Ashley and she would never contact me back, I feel as if she only contacted me because of my review. Not worth my time or energy. I will next time order from Shari’s Berries. Way better arrangement and taste great.

I’m not sure why some of the reviews are so poor on here… I went to EA in Gig Harbor a couple months ago to get a large fruit bouquet for a business associate in thanks for their referrals. The store owner that day bent over backwards for me, and gave me a discount, as I was a new customer and another female business owner. Although she appeared a little frazzled from being really busy the week before(she said), she made up for that 10-fold by being super nice, giving me the discount, and even a free fruit sample and kale smoothie! My order was delivered on time too. i’m not sure why this business had bad reviews before, but I wd say the owner sure cares, and for the kind of awesome service I got, I would definitely give them a chance again and go back!

I actually only come here for the smoothies. They are so fresh and taste amazing. I’m a big fan of the pineapple, honeydew, and kale smoothie. Give them a try!

This place is horrible. Arrangements look nothing like the picture. I bought my sister a 40th birthday arrangement in this location. She got the 40(that did NOT look like a 40.) I also purchased balloons she NEVER received. I will never spend another cent at this location. $ 80 later, I am very disappointed.

I ordered a fruit platter from a nearby market for an event at our new shop. When we picked it up it was awful; an over-ripe mess just thrown together. I asked Edible Arrangments if they could help on such short notice, and they said Yes! No problem! In the time took to drive one block, they put together a perfect fruit bouquet for us. Sweet staff and amazing customer service. We will always use them in the future.

Usually go to the Bellevue location, but didn’t realize this location existed. Excited cause its a lot closer to me. Ordered a Mothers Day bouquet a few days ahead of time online and chose the pick up option. I saw the store opened at 8am but the earliest pick up time was 9am. I wrote a message to the store asking if I could pick the bouquet earlier. Never got a response. **BEWAREMYGPSTOOKMETOTHEINCORRECTLOCATION** I called and spoke to Ciera. She was very helpful, kept me calm, and gave me correct directions. :) 5 stars to her! Once I got to the location I walked into a semi hectic atmosphere. Understandable since its Mothers Day, but the only one really stressed looked like the manager. She snapped at the two employees up front in front of me. As a business woman, I believe you normally try to keep the front calm… snap behind closed doors. a little surprised. Long story short the store was very unorganized. I wasn’t able to get my bouquet until way past my pick up time(which made us late for brunch at Stanleys and Seaforts). It would have taken longer but they pulled it off the line(which I totally appreciate!). Only reason I know that is because when I was walking out, another employee called my name. When I turned around she was holding the same bouquet I was holding. While I waited, Marque and Ciera were very nice, offered smoothies and samples(which I didn’t take because I was on my way to brunch), and just overall kept the front cool. 5 stars to both of them! Helped me get my mind off how long I was waiting. Side note another set of customers were there picking up bouquets. The store didn’t realize they had 2 bouquets and let the customer walk off with one. It was the sister, I believe, who walked back in asking where the other bouquet was. I may have to rethink if I’ll order from them again. Maybe one more chance? It was very very unorganized. And being a holiday is not an excuse. I usually pick up my bouquets on holidays and this is the 1st time I’ve dealt with this all over the states at different edible arrangements locations.

Let me start off by saying I’m extremely disappointed at the Gig Harbor store in Washington. My husband is out of state and ordered this for me last month for Mother’s Day because he knew he would be away. Not only did we have to call this store twice, but the arrangement they sent had nothing to do with Mother’s day! I did not receive a «white decorated pineapple chocolate dipped heart» mine was just dipped, poorly. I did not receive a Mothers Day balloon. I got a strawberry balloon… nothing about this arrangement said or involved Mother’s Day. This company prides itself on only picking«the freshest fruit» yet the strawberries that weren’t dipped were mushy and slimy! For the amount of money my husband put out i’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. The OWNER of this store did not even return the phone call she promised. Word of mouth is how your business grows and I will be telling everyone I know to STEERCLEAR of Edible Arrangements in Gig Harbor!

Very gracious and helpful manager(?) walked us through their offerings and gave us samples of the dipped fruits and fruit/chocolate truffles. Between their deliverable fruit creations and the in store treats, truffles/fruits and smothies, it’s a great stop in at and a great place to order Edible Arrangements from.
