In a nut shell this location is horrible! Customer service is horrific! They don’t care if you have continued bad service they use it to try and push you to spend more money. It’s a private sector so corporate is no help.

First of all we don’t have a lot of options for tanning in the Harbor. And with my vacation looming in a week I broke down, checked Unilocal and tried to locate a salon near me with decent enough reviews. I chose this location based upon a deal offered online. $ 9.95 unlimited tanning for 30 days. I called the store and Rachel picked up. She answered my questions sweetly and gave me two options based on what I said I wanted. When I got into the store a few hours later it was pretty busy. She was quick setting up everyone in front of me with beds, and then proceeded to get me signed up, recommended the PERFECT lotion based on my preferences/​budget and into a bed promptly. All the while with a professionalism not often found in salons I’ve previously visited. I was extremely pleased! Never once did she make me feel forced to upgrade or purchase a package larger than what I needed. 5 STARS for Rachel alone!
The store itself is super clean. Rooms spacious, beds powerful.
While I didn’t think I would be tanning beyond my vacation, I will for sure be a regular now. Isn’t it amazing how if you treat a temporary customer like they matter, they can easily become a loyal one? Other salons take notes!

Clean. Conveniently located near my home. A little pushy on the sales side for my taste. The Versa spray tan works wonders and is aloe based. It is my go to to add a little color without UV damage. The membership is the best deal when it comes to spraying.
