Carol’s Grooming

If you’ve ever dropped off your dog and come back to a cowering mess… it took four weeks for the stinky perfume to wear off and about the same for dog to allow front paws to be handled again! Nails were left ragged and sharp, dangerous on many levels. She also came home with matts under front legs/​chest that were not there previously. I was told she needs to ‘learn who is boss’ — she knows exactly who the boss is and as a pup has a lot of experience to gain, but honestly she doesn’t take kindly to being handled roughly and neither do I. The whining and complaining from staff was like a slap, never mind the lenthy conversations prior to visit.
Frankly I have no idea how they handled her — but afterwards we had new behaviors that were not desireable and they were so rude to us, coming and going, that I can only summarize that this was not the grooming facility for us.
