McDonald’s

Way to slow. Incompetent and does not know how to work drive thru. Don’t stop here. They need to have big orders pull up. Very sad

I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the whole restaurant … I couldn’t believe how nice it was.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s in the past with only a few issues here and there BUT what I experienced this past weekend was beyond ridiculous. I pulled up and placed my order and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me… almost 15 minutes later I had my order with no apology for the delay no nothing! The very rude young guy forgot my drink so I had to pull around, park and go inside. I finally was able to get his attention and stated that he forgot to get my drink and did I get an apology then? Of course not, he handed it to me without a word and went back to work.
When I arrive back at my hotel, my son saw that he didn’t get his double cheeseburgers PLAIN as I ordered them and as the receipt clearly stated but with all the goodies. I called and spoke with the manager and her response was «oh, well… I guess I can replace those if you want to come back»…REALLYY!!! Wow, what a horrible attitude and what a horrible experience. To top it off, when I got there and told her that I was planning on writing the owners, her response was «oh…ok» I guess.
When are places like this going to realize that they are not doing me the favor, I am doing them the favor by visiting their business and helping them pay the bills???

Edit: This review was written in like Summer 2013 but never posted because the app would not allow it.
Where do I even begin? My ‘black’ iced coffee was so sweet my lips are still sticky an hour later. My sister asked for the same with light creamer and was given a cup of cream that may or may not have included coffee. Both undrinkable.
Two stars for very nice, clean bathrooms.

Just went here the other night and tried the new Clubhouse Quarter pounder and let me tell you… we were quite pleased! The applewood bacon was plentiful and the Big Mac sauce was a perfect compliment! We are looking forward to our next visit. Kudos to Mickey D’s for adding these new sandwiches… Habenero Ranch and the Bacon Cheddar quarter pounders!

Fancy new building and lots of technology doesn’t hide bad service and poor judgment.

Unacceptable long wait for chicken selects in the drive thru. So bad I had to go inside to get my order.
