This is a great park! They have a pool that is perfect for families, plenty of walking trails, and they have a train. It is a great place to have a family reunion with several covered picnic areas and grills! In the summer the fireworks are amazing(better than Greensboro’s) they last almost an hour! You can even bring your horse to ride on trails, they do Christmas lights! This park has it all!!!

It’s a park with everything, and its cheap!!! Getting into the park is free, just the rides and pool cost $ 5 or less. We went swimming, a train ride and miniature golf. They had horse trails, walking trails, basketball and tennis courts and also a disc golf course.

Super nice park located wayyyy out in the country, out in the northeastern part of Guilford County. Always nice & clean and kept well groomed. There’s a ton of stuff to do here… * 2 or 3 playground sections * 2 youth sized baseball fields * 2 soccer fields * aquatic center/swim club * disc golf(2 courses) * multiple hiking/biking trails * multiple horse riding trails (designated parking lot for trucks w/horse trailers) * small fishing pond * carousel * miniature golf * basketball courts * tennis courts * picnic shelters for rental Turn by the basketball courts and there’s a little gravel road that takes you back in the woods where more trails begin. There’s a small shelter back here & enough room for a few vehicles to park. Back here is where you will find what they call«The Low Water Crossing». This is where you can walk across the Reedy Fork Creek and continue on the trails on the other side or you can drop your canoe or kyak in the water here & head down the river. The clear running water at the crossing point is a tad over ankle deep with rocks on the bottom & rocks sticking up out of the water, but is deeper on both sides, very neat spot. Very nice place if you wanna take a ride out in the country.
