Ruby’s Cleaners

I have given this place several chances to redeem themselves. First, after hemming the curtains, not so level, I got a lame message to call back. I did this only leave another message with no return call from the said manager. I let it go, they were level «enough». Not cheap.
Of recent, I took a scarf which recommended dry cleaning which had a neat precreased pattern in it. Well no one told me to expect a completely FLATTENED scarf after I had specifically asked that they NOT flatten it only clean it. «Oh it relaxed that is all». Well if that had been described to me at the outset, I might not be writing this post. Once again, lame follow-​up «oh that is what happens». Well gee thanks for the warning, think you might replace a scarf. Nope.
I will NOT be back ever.
