Giant Eagle

I have been a loyal customer to this Store in Gibsonia Rt8/​910 for over 20 years. i was home on surgery leave and decided i would grab a few groceries. Ate a nice salad at the little dine in part and discovered i needed to use the bathroom. I have done this before at this very store. I walked into the bathroom and it was so gross i almost lost my lunch. So i noticed the office in front of the cash registers with the glass mirror windows filled with employees just laughing talking standing around. So i telephoned the store and spoke to Dirk the manager and told him my less then wonderful experience and suggested that he send maybe one of the people standing in his offices as we speak to clean the dirty gross bathrooms. At this point i look around the parking lot and there is at least 5 employees standing out here with me smoking. Maybe they should be cleaning the bathrooms? I said perhaps if you need to visit a store to show you how it is done visit seven field store that store is super nice. Guess what Mr. Manager does next? HUNG UP ON ME!!! I am so pissed i will start to look into being loyal to other stores. Maybe that is why our food bills are so high. Poor management!!! Careful Giant Eagle Free Gas? I think we pay for it in higher prices…
